Welcome to spmakers.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Space Makers (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes — to share information about our custom closet, cabinet, garage storage, home office, and commercial cabinetry services, and to allow visitors to request consultations and contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, project images, logos, designs, and graphics — is the property of Space Makers or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

3. Project Photography

Photographs on the Site depict actual Space Makers projects. We obtain customer permission before displaying customer homes or commercial spaces. If you are a customer and wish to remove a photo, please contact us at spacemakers08@gmail.com.

4. Quotes, Pricing & Estimates

Pricing ranges mentioned on the Site are general estimates only. Actual project pricing depends on size, materials, design complexity, and installation requirements, and is provided in writing as part of a project-specific proposal following an in-home consultation. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Service Area & Project Acceptance

We currently serve Marin County, Sonoma County, Napa County, and San Francisco. We reserve the right to decline projects outside this area or projects we determine are not a fit for our business.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (Yelp, Houzz, Google, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Space Makers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed $100.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California.
